ROOKIE

Miracles Sports Performance ROOKIE program creates a foundation in coordination, athleticism, body-weight exercises and proper running in a positive environment. The training is 30 minutes and involves an active warm-up, activation exercises, and core strengthening exercises, movement training, and modified resistance training. Both boys and girls are recommended to start a training program during this age period. Starting at this age level can lead to better abilities and condition habits in the future.
