The Miracles Sports Performance PREP curriculum is designed to progressively increase strength, power, speed and change of direction ability using various resistance training and imbalance correction methods. Advanced speed training techniques will be used to better the athletes’ ability to accelerate, decelerate, and change direction. The PREP training sessions will be 75-85 minutes long and consist of an advanced active-dynamic warm-up including muscle and neural activation exercises, progressive core strengthening exercises, advancing plyometric and speed training, as well as specific resistance training. This training is critical for the High School athlete working to simply perform better, make a varsity team, or for those vying for a college scholarship. Both makes and female athletes are urged to train at this age in order to make best of
their High School sports career and increase their chances to play in college as well.
