DEVELOPMENTAL

The Miracles Sports Performance DEVELOPMENTAL program curriculum focuses on progressive athletic movement development with introduction speed mechanics, progressive resistance training, and imbalance correction. DEVELOPMENTAL training sessions last 60 minutes and include an active warm-up, activation exercises, progressive core strengthening, speed training, and progressive resistance training. These types of training methods are a must for younger athletes to reduce potential injuries as youth athletes’ physiology and growth patterns vary greatly. The DEVELOPMENTAL program also includes the initiation of progressive Olympic Lifting training. DEVELOPMENTAL training sessioins are ideal for both girl and boy athletes.
