Here at Miracles Sports Performance Center, we believe in progressive training designed for each age group. The speed training is all speed mechanics oriented and modified for each individual.  Expect your youth athlete to be moving faster with our training, even within the first day.   Strength training is also added to each session, with technique and progression our main focus for our athletes.  Our goal is to help athletes reach their sports performance goals through progressive training and confidence building, no matter their age or skill level.
